Candidate Profile:
- Age group: 22-30 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduates/ Post graduate in Business administration/ B. Pharm or Equivalent Diploma in Pharmaceutical field
- Language: Fluency in reading /writing & speaking English. Preference will be given to candidates speaking other Foreign & Regional languages.
- Computer Literacy: should be well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Surfing and writing Professional Emails.
- Personality: A Quick learner with Powerful Memory who is Pro-active at Job and a good Team player.
Job Rresponsibilities:
- Handle day to day business activities with existing customers in international markets.
- Sending out offers, making cost sheets, making Purchase Orders and preparing Performa Invoices
- Develop New Customers in current markets, aid new Product developments & other projects.
- Develop New Suppliers for various enquiries received from Overseas customers.
- Follow-ups with vendors for shipments and co-ordinate for Pre-& Post Shipment documentation
- Preparing & compiling Export database, Supplier base, making PPTs, MIS etc.

Job Rresponsibilities:
- Prepare Export documentation & maintain MIS.
- Take freight & transportation estimates from approved logistics partner.
- Co-ordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Track shipments and take adequate measures for fixing delays, detentions and shipment errors.
- Overall plan, organize and direct, manage and evaluate the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization.
- Develop integrated logistics systems in collaboration with sales, marketing, and accounts department.
